End of Lease Terms

When you choose asset finance with FlexiCommercial, you can take advantage of flexible end of lease terms - so you can choose what's best for your business. Consider these options:

• Flexi Upgrade – As technology develops and continues to advance, you can choose to upgrade to the latest equipment at any time during your agreement.  Most customers typically upgrade in the last six months of their agreement*.  Take out a new agreement and ensure your business benefits from having the latest and greatest operations. 
• Flexi Extend – Extend your agreement if you are still happy with the equipment.  Contact us and negotiate to extend the rental term with lower monthly payments.
• Flexi Offer - If you would like to own the equipment for your business, make us an offer for it.  Offer any price you choose, such as fair market value, however, we have the right to accept or reject your offer.
• Flexi Return – Return the equipment to us if you no longer need it for your business.

You can choose a combination of the end of term options to suit your business. If you require new equipment for your business and are happy with the existing equipment you may choose Flexi Upgrade and Flexi Offer together.
